Measurement Forms
Five forms as PDF, each with drawings for every measurement. You can fill them out directly on your computer, save them, and send them to us by email. Or print them out and take them on board.
The Forms
Take the form that corresponds to your project. Leave blank anything you cannot measure. We will follow up.
The most detailed form: luff, foot, and leech, rig and equipment, mast bend and mast rake, reefing heights, and attachment to mast and boom. The section "Measurements from old sail" is optional; it helps us compare the cut.

For genoa and headsails on a roller furling system: forestay and luff profile, drum and swivel dimensions, tracks and sheet leads on deck, and the desired overlap.

One form for both downwind sails: I at masthead or fractional, J or J2, spinnaker pole length, tack attachment, and shoulder height, plus the measurements of an existing sail.

2. Take Measurements
All lengths in centimeters, slide measurements in millimeters. Measure on the boat, not on the old sail: sails stretch.
3. Send
Send the completed form to info@beilken.de. You will receive an offer, usually within two business days.
