Sailmaking

The right cloth for every course — calculated for your sailing area.

Every sail is created from your measurements, not from a size chart. Choose the category that fits your boat — or send us your measurements directly.

Upwind

The sails you use most of the time.

Mainsails and headsails determine how well your boat points and how steady it lies. This is where precision pays off the most.

MAINSAIL

Mainsail, Standard

Full-battened or with a batten mix, slider system, sliders, or bolt rope. For cruising yachts and racing boats.

In-mast furling mainsail — drawing in Beilken style

MAINSAIL

In-Mast Furling Mainsail

Furling mainsail with vertical battens and a positive leech — for when ease of use is the priority.

HEADSAIL

Genoa & Roller-Furling Genoa

With UV protection strips, reefing marks, and foam luff.

Self-tacking jib — drawing in Beilken style

HEADSAIL

Self-Tacking Jib

For short-handed crews and narrow waters. Tacking without sheet work, without loss of upwind performance.

Code Zero — drawing in Beilken style

LIGHT WIND

Code Zero

The sail for the gap between genoa and gennaker. Used on a furler, set in minutes.

Racing sail — drawing in Beilken style

REGATTA

Racing Sails

For club and class regattas: membrane or laminate, profile according to your trimming habits and crew weight.

Downwind

Spinnakers and gennakers from the sailmaker, not off the shelf.

Downwind sails do not forgive standard dimensions. We calculate area and depth for your foredeck and boom.

Spinnaker — drawing in Beilken style

DOWNWIND

Spinnaker

Symmetrical, used with a spinnaker pole. For deep courses and classic racing tactics.

Gennaker — drawing in Beilken style

DOWNWIND

Gennaker

Asymmetrical, without a pole, can be operated by two people with a furler. The all-rounder for cruising yachts.

SAFETY

Storm sails that you hopefully never need — but have on board in an emergency.

Trysails and storm jibs are built according to the requirements of your sailing area and your measurements: heavy cloth, high-set clews, signal color on request. We deliver with signal color on request.

Classic yacht sails — Beilken-style drawing

CLASSIC

Classic yacht sails that match the age of your boat.

For classic yachts and traditional vessels, appearance is a key factor: cloth color, leech lines, hand-finished corners, rows of reefing ties. We build sails that carry the character of the boat while still being processed to modern standards.

We have historical lines in our archive for many designs — often allowing us to reconstruct a sail set from which only photos remain.

Accessories & Equipment

Everything needed around the sail comes from the same source.

A sail is only as good as what holds and protects it. We deliver and install in coordination with our customers.
